Since 2004, our licensed Large Family Childcare Home in Grand Junction has been a place where families become part of our own. As a sister-site to Eagle View Learning Center, we offer a cozy, less formal alternative designed to feel just like home.
Why Families Love Our Home Setting:
Keep Siblings Together: Unlike traditional centers, our mixed-group setting allows siblings to stay together throughout the day in a relaxed, comfortable environment.
- Room to Grow: We feature a large open space where children enjoy plenty of free play and develop their motor skills at their own pace.
- A Legacy of Care: We’ve partnered with over 300 families over the last 20 years. We are now even welcoming the children of former students—there is no greater compliment than caring for the next generation!
- Simple Nutrition: We provide all meals for your little ones. To help keep our pantry full of favorites, we just ask families to bring in one box of their child's favorite cereal and crackers each month.
-
Flexible but Reliable: We offer flexible scheduling to fit your family's rhythm while maintaining a set weekly tuition to keep things simple.
In our large open space, we focus on free play activities that help children develop their large motor skills in a fun, natural way. Because we provide a relaxed, home-like environment, children have the freedom to move and explore at their own pace. Typical activities in our open space include:
Active Movement: Children enjoy running, jumping, and stretching to build coordination and core strength.- Imaginative Free Play: With plenty of room to roam, kids often engage in creative games with their siblings and friends, using the open area for everything from "animal walks" to building floor structures.
- Music and Movement: We love to turn on music for dance parties or follow-the-leader games, which are great for burning energy and improving balance.
-
Indoor "Gym" Fun: On days when we stay inside, we may set up simple obstacle courses using soft items, or use hula hoops and tunnels to keep everyone moving. This open setting is designed to let kids be kids—giving them the "wiggles out" while they grow stronger every day!
We can't wait to welcome your family into our home!"
